Chief Logan


Camp Chief Logan is a beautiful camp nestled in the mountains of Logan County approximately 40 miles south of Charleston off Corridor G.

There are several heated cabins available for winter time troop use as well as over 800 acres of rugged outdoor camping opportunities.

The camp features two ponds which have Adirondack buildings located nearby in which to enjoy a weekend camp out.

Reservations for use of Camp Chief Logan may be made by calling the Service Center.

Directions to Camp Chief Logan

Take I-64 to Oakwood Road Exit in Charleston. Turn right onto Route 119 South. Continue on Route 119 South for 36.5 miles from the stop light at Southridge Center. Turn left at Garret Fork Road. Travel 1.5 miles. Turn right at Camp Chief Logan sign (paved road, bridge, stone archway). The drive time from the Oakwood Exit is one hour.
