Scouting isn’t just for knot-tying, tent-camping, trail-hiking boys. Sure, all of those things are still part of Scouting, but the programs available today offer a broader spectrum of opportunities for young men and women to experience personal growth, learn the importance of service to the community, investigate future career options, and face high adventure challenges. And besides … it’s tons of fun.

From the six-year-old Tiger Cub working on projects with his adult partner to the high school student gaining vocational experience with the help of corporate mentors, Scouting offers a safe place for kids to learn new skills, discover leadership abilities, and trade in "I can’t" for "I’ll do my best."
