Pioneer's Committee will provide the best program possible for all Scouts. We mentor and empower the Scouts and Scouters enabling them to experience Scouting to the fullest extent.
Pioneer Committee Mission
Enable Pioneer to be the best District in Region 4 by being an extension of the units while being aligned with Buckskin Council and BSA National. We will improve the communications and teamwork with all Scouters and Scouts providing them with well planned programs. We will become a proactive organization that is works to provide guidance, training, and support necessary to help the units provide excellent programs efficiently.
