The date for Adena District's Recognition Dinner has changed. The new date for the dinner is March 7, 2026.
The annual Adena District Eagle Scout and Distinguished Volunteers Recognition Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026. The dinner will again be held at the American Legion Post 16, 1421 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, WV at 6:00 pm.
The 2024 and 2025 Class of Eagle Scouts from the district will be recognized at the dinner. Those Eagle Scouts and a guest are invited to share the evening as free guests of the District Committee. Troops, Leaders, and Supporters of Scouting may sponsor an Eagle Scout for $25.
Presentations will be made to the Cubmaster of the Year, Cub Scouter of the Year, Scoutmaster of the Year and Scouter of the Year at the dinner as well as our District Award of Merit recipient.
Dinner reservations are $15 per person. Eagle Scouts are free and may bring a free guest.
Nominations for District Award of Merit and other awards should be submitted by February 16, 2026.
