Takhonek Lodge's Winter Banquet is Saturday, December 13th in the Pigott Dining Hall at The Summit. Check-in begins at 12:00 pm (noon). The program and meal begins at 2:00 pm. While we plan to have the usual fabulous food, outstanding awards, and the always popular silent auctions, we also have a few other special items of interest like the $1 patch sale. So, keep reading below and don’t stop until you hit the bottom. If you don’t, you’ll miss some very important information.
The fee is $10 per person (Arrowmen and Family Members) if you register by December 8th. After December 8th, there will be a $5 late fee added. There is no fee for Fox Pass holders, however you must register to let us know you are coming. Registration closes on December 10th.
*Note: Starting December 1st at Noon, you will be able to pay your 2026 OA Dues and purchase a 2026 Fox Pass online.
Conclave 2026 Staff Sign Ups:
As we all know, Takhonek will be hosting the 2026 Section E13 Conclave at Camp Arrowhead. At this year’s Winter Banquet, you will be able to volunteer and sign up for Conclave Staff positions. There will be plenty of planning and preparations over the next 6 months, so don’t be shy and sign up early!!!

--- $1 Patch Inventory Reduction Sale ---
At the Winter Banquet, we will continue our year-long $1 Patch Inventory Reduction Sale!!! This sale will run for 1 year (until Fall Fellowship 2026) and they can only be purchased at Takhonek lodge events. All patch sales at the Scout office will be suspended for the duration of this sale. You heard that right!!! All event patches prior to 2025 will be just $1 during Takhonek lodge events for the next year! Don’t miss out on this opportunity to stock up on some of the older patches. There will be a 10-patch limit for any one event patch. While supplies last. When they’re gone, they’re gone!
